Guidelines for Poster Presentation

Welcome to the official poster presentation module. Below are the structural parameters designed to assist you in formatting, printing, and exhibiting your research effectively.

Poster Dimensions & Orientation

Standard Size 36" Width × 48" Height
Layout Orientation Strictly Portrait

Design & Typography Scales

To maintain high legibility from a standard viewing distance, please conform your typesetting layouts to the following typographic scale parameters:

72 pt+
Main Title
36 pt
Headers
24 pt
Body Text
18 pt
Captions

Core Content & Design Rules

Header Assembly: Position your full research title at the absolute top using large bold fonts. List all author names underneath, clearly highlighting the presenting author.
High-Contrast Tones: Maintain a clean, professional palette. Ensure a stark color contrast is maintained between your text overlays and background fills.
Graphics Quality: All charts, maps, diagrams, and illustrative assets must meet a minimum resolution threshold of 300 DPI, accompanied by clear legends.
Interactive Bridges: Embedding optional QR codes is highly recommended to link readers smoothly to underlying raw data sets, full papers, or digital business cards.

Logistics, Printing & Setup

Production & Finish

Presenters bear total responsibility for printing their own assets. We strictly recommend high-quality heavy paper stock layered with a matte or satin finish to eliminate reflections under heavy auditorium lights.

On-Site Timeline

All posters must be mounted onto their pre-assigned structural display boards by 08:00 AM on the morning of your presentation day. Authors must be stationary at their boards during assigned evaluation hours.

Jury Evaluation Metrics

Our technical committee evaluate submissions utilizing four primary grading metrics:

Structural organization & clarity of narrative
Aesthetic layout appeal & design harmony
Originality depth & methodology validity
Speaker interaction fluency during defense rounds
